Examples of letters and documents

You can view templates of the first mailing pack, including Key Changes Summary documents and new Charges Schedules for upgrading customers.


Historical correspondence and information from the past five years has been transferred across to the new platform. You’ll also find details relating to products closed since 6 April 2023, and any records of yet to be resolved customer complaints. You can access information about your client’s products on the new platform.
