The new platform is almost here!

The new platform is coming on 9 February 2026 

We’re targeting the weekend of 7 and 8 February 2026 for the upgrade. Please note, James Hay online will be unavailable over this weekend.  

In the weeks before we upgrade some functionality will be temporarily unavailable. This will help us deliver a smooth transition for you and your clients.  

You can view details of the processes affected and deadlines for when instructions need to be completed on our Key dates and actions page.  

In the interim: 

  • You can speak to our contact centre if you need an illustration for an existing client.  
  • To discuss a new business illustration for the new platform, please speak to your Business Development Manager.  
  • You’ll be able to place new business on the new platform from 9 February

Logging in

If you're part of our exclusive preview of the new Nucleus Platform, we'll register you to have an online account. 

We recommend you speak with your firms' master user to get your username and password details. Then either select the button below, or go to the Platform logins button at the top of the screen and choose the new Nucleus Platform.
