Tell us about you (your role and how long you've worked at Nucleus)

I'm the senior Head of Proposition Management here at Nucleus. I've worked for Nucleus for over ten years and my role has evolved enormously in that time. At its core I'm still doing the key tasks of providing technical support and guidance to our users and colleagues - on the intricacies of pension legislation and practice.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

The variety, and the people. It's rare that two days are the same, and our vibrant diverse community, internally and externally, means there's always something new to learn and a new perspective to consider. I'm lucky enough to work with inspiring and creative people, and it's really satisfying to be able to help them.

Could you tell us something about yourself that your CV doesn't cover?

I was going to say I'm afraid of heights, but my colleagues have told me that's a boring answer and I should go with my fascination with trains, planes and pretty much anything mechanical.

Which one of our values resonates most with you and why?

Courage. Do the right thing, not the easy thing.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of joining Nucleus?

Just do it! Be prepared to work hard, and never be afraid to speak up for yourself.
