What was your previous role?
I previously worked for Betfair in the Market Operations department.

Why did you decide to join Nucleus?
I spent time as a temp at Nucleus before I was given a full time contract, my colleagues made it an easy decision to commit to the company.

What are you trying to achieve in your role with Nucleus?
I want to do a good job and play my part in helping the company prosper.

Which historical figure do you most admire and why?
Captain James Cook, a great leader and explorer.

What is your favourite journey?
I have happy memories of the A303 heading to Somerset but for sheer other worldliness it would have to be the Pan American Highway through the Atacama Desert in Chile.

What’s the best concert that you’ve attended?
I enjoyed The Glade Festival in 2006.

What super-power would you most like to have, and why?
Weather manipulation so I could improve the climate in Scotland.

If you were to have dinner with three people who would they be?
My wife, my brother and Napoleon Bonaparte so he could give me some tips on how to win at Risk.
