Where were you working before you started Nucleus and what was your role?
Trustee & Depositary Services (RBS), Assistant Manager, Regulations and compliance monitoring.

Why did you decide to join Nucleus?
After my first interview I was very excited by the depth of the role I had applied for and after the second interview I was hooked! This sounded like a very exciting business – the message that came across was very positive, honest and open, enthusiastic, focused. All very refreshing after many years in a corporate structure. Thankfully, my first impression was correct – it is a very exciting business.

What are you trying to achieve in your role with Nucleus?
To support and work alongside a wonderful team of professionals in driving change in the industry.

Which historical figure do you most admire and why?
Marie Curie for her research and promotion of radium.

What is your favourite journey?
Any journey that takes me home, (or ends in Starbucks)!

What’s the best concert that you’ve attended?
Tricky, as there have been so many. David Gray and Paul Weller never fail to deliver for a good old fashioned concert, Kylie, Beyonce and Janet Jackson for showmanship, but my number one has to Barbra Streisand – she was outstanding.

What super-power would you most like to have, and why?
The ability to be in two places at once as there is always so much I want to do!

If you were to have dinner with three people who would they be?
I am lucky to have a wonderful circle of friends so never short of dinner guests but if Billy Connolly, Dame Judi Dench and Michael Parkinson wanted to join us I’d be more than delighted!
