Where were you working before you joined Nucleus and what was your role?
Cavanagh Group as a technical manager.

Why did you decide to join Nucleus?
Working in an IFA office for the past 14 years I saw first hand how the traditional model could work against client interests. I wanted to be part of something that was innovative and looked to address that position.

What are you trying to achieve in your role with Nucleus?
To encourage IFAs to embrace the Nucleus proposition and aid a revolution in financial services.

Which historical figure do you most admire and why?
Any explorer, those willing to take on seemingly impossible challenges and attempt to achieve them, Thor Hyerdahl, Edmund Hillary or any manager of the Scottish Football team.

What is your favourite journey?
Vancouver to Glacier Bay Alaska by boat.

What super-power would you most like to have, and why?
China, rich in natural resources and never short of a decent Dim Sum, alternatively time travel!

If you were to have dinner with three people who would they be?
Jimmy Johnstone and Dean Martin for their stories and Kate Winslet for her role playing!
